Planning Board Meeting Minutes
December 11th 2008
Members in Attendance: Cindy Hoogs, Larry Klein, Alan Soloman and Bridget Krans
Meeting to Order: 7:00 P.M.
- Board discussed open meeting Law
- March meeting minutes were approved as submitted by Cindy. Bridget will type them up and submit them to the Interdepartmental Secretary
- October 23rd and November 13th meeting minutes approved as written
- The November 13th meeting did not have a quorum and as a result the information in the minutes was discussion only no motions were made.
- 7:15 Public Hearing regarding the common driveway bylaw as officially opened.
- Cindy suggested due to the weather and lack of public that the public hearing be continued until the boards next meeting on January 8th 2009. The board unanimously agreed.
- A copy of the proposed meeting will be given to the town clerk to post.
